HantHares® does not share personal information received from California residents or residents of any other location with other organizations for marketing purposes unless we have received your express consent. If you were referred to our services by an Independent Partner, your contact information (name, address, email address, and/or telephone number) will be shared with the Independent Partner who referred you.

Some of this information, such as your first and last name, may be published on our Services. HantHares® may communicate with you regarding products, services and special offers available from HantHares® unless you have opted out of receiving such communications or such communications are prohibited by law, although in such cases HantHares® may deem it necessary to continue to communicate with you regarding your use of the website and products and services. HantHares® will not provide your name to other companies or organizations without your consent. X. Independent Partner Program

If you enroll in the HantHares® Independent Partner Program, you will be required to read and agree to the terms of the HantHares® Independent Partner Program Agreement before you can receive compensation for referring someone to the Site. Please read the terms carefully before agreeing to participate in the Independent Partner Program. We will use the email address you provide to contact you regarding your enrollment in the Independent Partner Program and we will use the address you provide to send you any payments due to you under the terms of the Independent Partner Program or any other system we have that will facilitate the transfer of such funds. If you were referred to the Independent Partner Program by another Independent Partner, your contact information (name, address, email address and/or telephone number) will be shared with the Independent Partner who referred you.

XI. Online Surveys and Contests

HantHares® may occasionally conduct a survey to collect information about your preferences and the preferences of other users. These surveys are optional and your responses will remain anonymous. HantHares® may also offer contests to eligible users. To participate, we may ask for your contact and demographic information, such as your name, email address, and mailing address. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, none of the information you provide in connection with a contest is shared with third parties, other than in aggregate form. The demographic information that HantHares® collects during the registration process and through surveys and contests is used to help us improve our Services. This may include displaying targeted advertising on our Services. Information we collect through a contest may also be disclosed to third parties as necessary to fulfill prizes and other aspects of any contest or similar offering.

XII. Payment System for HantHares®

The Payment Service for HantHares® allows a user to pay by credit card, wire transfer, ACH, debit card, or check, or any other method of their choice. HantHares® will collect your payment information and/or other financial institution information you enter, such as bank account numbers, and use that information to charge you for subscription fees and/or to make a payment on behalf of a third-party provider. HantHares® may use and disclose such payment information and/or other financial institution information you enter to third parties as necessary to complete such chargeback transaction. XIII. Email to Friends Feature

HantHares® allows you to send invitations to join the Site to your friends, family and other personal contacts (hereinafter referred to as "Friends") via email and social media posts. HantHares® also offers the ability to email Friends about the Services provided by HantHares®. If you choose to use these features, please be assured that HantHares® will only use your Friends' email addresses to inform them of the Services and Business Opportunities available on the Site. HantHares® will not share your Friends' emails or information with any third-party vendors or advertisers; except (i) to send you invitations to join our site if you choose to use this feature (ii) as otherwise provided in this agreement.

We may disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect the rights or property of HantHares®.

XV. Transfers of Company Ownership

In the event that HantHares® is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this privacy policy will apply to your information transferred to the new entity.

XVI. Non-Private or Non-Personal Information

Company may collect information about your use of the website and the third-party software packages listed therein, such as the number of downloads, services purchased/used, the number of users who visit the website each day, web pages visited, and your computer's IP address. This information is generally collected in aggregate form, without identifying any individual user, although IP addresses and session IDs in connection with purchases may be tracked as part of Company's customer order review and fraud prevention efforts. Company may use aggregate, non-identifying statistical data to improve the website and the products and services provided by Company.

XVII. Modifying Your Personal Information

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with the tools to access or change some of the personal information you have provided to us and associated with your account. Some personal information you provide that you cannot access online (e.g., IP address) is only accessible to selected staff and contractors via password and is not editable by you.

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove that information and terminate the child’s account.

HantHares® may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if our information practices change or change. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post a revised Privacy Policy notice on our website homepage for 30 days. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of a revised Privacy Policy means that you acknowledge such changes and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes as contained in the revised Privacy Policy.
